Submissions are open from now until November 28, 2026.

The competition features multiple submission categories. You may enter multiple categories without restriction. Within each category, each participant may submit up to 6 works, either as single images or photo series.

Image submissions may undergo appropriate post-processing, but techniques such as image compositing or other methods that alter the original content of the work are not permitted. Accepted image formats are JPG, JPEG, PNG, DNG, HEIC, and HEIF. The original image containing complete EXIF information must be retained for verification should the work receive an award.

The use of AI-generated images, AI image expansion, or digital techniques to composite, add, remove, or substantially alter image content is strictly prohibited.

Participants must retain the original image containing complete EXIF information for every submitted photograph. Entries with severely incomplete key information will be deemed invalid and will not proceed to the judging stage. In the event of copyright or other intellectual property disputes, or if the original image cannot be provided, the Organizer reserves the right to revoke the award.

Any disturbance or interference with wildlife is strictly prohibited. Baiting, staged photography, photography in bird hides, and photography of birds during nesting or chick-rearing periods are prohibited. Participants found in violation of these rules will be disqualified immediately. Should baiting, disturbance, or other actions result in injury or death of wildlife or violate the local Wildlife Protection Law, the participant shall bear all legal responsibility.

For participant identity verification, entry verification, and related services, we will collect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Statement of this competition, within the scope permitted by applicable laws and for the purposes stated above.

Your email address, mobile phone number, or WeChat account is required so that we can contact you promptly and arrange prize delivery. If prizes cannot be delivered because your personal information is incomplete or inaccurate, it shall be deemed that the winner has voluntarily forfeited the prize, and the Organizer will not reissue the prize.

The above personal information submitted for the competition will be stored within mainland China. Unless otherwise required by law or unless you authorize a longer retention period, we will retain your personal information only for the shortest period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which you have granted authorization.

Yes. Participants retain the right of attribution to their works, and the copyright of submitted works remains with the participants themselves. Participants shall possess independent, complete, clear, and undisputed copyright ownership of their works. Participants shall also guarantee that their submitted works do not infringe upon any rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights, and other related rights. Participants shall guarantee that all submitted works are independently created by themselves. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. Once discovered, the work will be disqualified from the competition, and all participants shall be deemed to have accepted the contents of this clause. Any disputes arising from the failure of the above guarantees shall be the sole legal responsibility of the participant and shall have no relation to the submission platform or the competition organizers.

By participating in the competition, participants shall be deemed to agree and authorize the Organizer to use their submitted works free of charge for public welfare purposes, including but not limited to promoting ecological conservation and Nandagang-related content. Such uses may include, but are not limited to, the use of works in online media, print media, publications, photography exhibitions, retail stores, roadshows, and other promotional activities. The scope of use shall not be limited by geographical location, and the Organizer shall have the right to modify and crop the works. When using submitted works based on this authorization, the Organizer shall not be required to separately notify participants or obtain additional consent from participants. The Organizer includes @cangzhouchina and its affiliated companies, strategic partners, and other related entities.

For awarded works, winning participants irrevocably and free of charge authorize the Organizer, its affiliates, partners, and the submission platform to exercise, on a non-exclusive basis and for non-commercial purposes, worldwide rights to use the awarded works from the date of public announcement of the award results, including but not limited to the rights of information network dissemination, reproduction, modification, adaptation, compilation, and other copyright property rights. At the same time, participants authorize the competition Organizer, its affiliates, partners, and the submission platform to, for non-commercial purposes, reprint, reproduce, adapt, compile, exhibit, distribute, print, display, publish, and create derivative works from awarded works, and to add corporate logos, event branding, and other elements necessary for promotional purposes to the submitted works.

After the submission deadline (November 28, 2026), the competition organizing committee and preliminary judging panel will select outstanding works that meet the requirements. At that time, we will contact winners via email, telephone, or SMS.

Meanwhile, the list of winners will also be announced on the official website and Cangzhou's official social media platforms, allowing participants to check the results. The public announcement period for competition winners will begin on December 30, 2026 (Beijing Time). For detailed information, please refer to the official website announcement.

After the winner list is announced, we will contact the winners. Winners must complete relevant documents regarding personal information, copyright declarations of works, work authorization, and other required materials, sign them personally, scan them, and return them via email.

Winners must provide the above information within the time period specified by the Organizer. Those who fail to provide the required information within the deadline, or whose submitted materials do not meet the Organizer's requirements, will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited their award eligibility.
